Davos is an alpine town in the canton of Graubünden, Switzerland. Davos is located on the Landwasser River in the Rethian Alps, between Plessur and the Albula Range at 1560 m above sea level. The resort village consists of two parts: Davos Dorf to the northeast towards Klosters and further along Prättigau to Landquart and Davos Platz to the southwest, which opens into the river valley.
